# "जाने कहाँ गए यह निर्देशक...!"

दोस्तों,यूँ तो हिंदी सिनेमा ने एक से एक प्रतिभाशाली निर्देशक वक़्त-वक़्त पर सिनेमा दर्शकों को दिए हैं जिन्होंने अपनी कला से हम सब को लम्बे समय तक चमकृत किया है परन्तु जब कभी कोई नया निर्देशक बहुत कम समय में ही अपनी फिल्मों से बहुत अधिक उम्मीदें जगा दे और अचानक ही रुपहले परदे से गायब हो जाये या बहुत जल्द ही अपनी चमक खो बैठे तो बरबस ही यह ख्याल आता ही आख़िरकार ऐसा क्या और क्यों हुआ उसके साथ!
आज हम बात करेंगे ऐसे ही कुछ निर्देशकों की जिन्होंने आशा से अधिक उम्मीदें जगाई लेकिन जब उन्हें परवान चढाने का वक़्त आया तो वो गैर-हाज़िर थे अथवा हाशिये पर.
इस कड़ी में सबसे पहला नाम ज़हन में आता है 'मंसूर खान' का जिन्होंने 'क़यामत से क़यामत तक,जो जीता वही सिकंदर,अकेले हम अकेले तुम' और 'जोश' जैसी फिल्में बनाकर अपना नाम अति-प्रतिभाशाली निर्देशकों के सूचि तो दर्ज तो करवा लिया परन्तु उसके बाद अचानक ऐसा क्या हुआ जो उन्हें फिल्मों और फ़िल्मी दुनिया से दूर ले गया ये समझ नहीं आया!आइये मिलकर इसी तरद्दुद(परेशानी) को दूर करने की कोशिश करते हैं.

# Gullivar Bauno Ke Desh Mein

Friends,why is so that these new comics fails to interconnect one as those old comics use to do a long way back,why we can't identify ourselves with the story line of these current comics,why these comic doesn't excites us though those old comics still recreate the magic of which we are fond of.
Recently came across with a latest set of Raj Comics which were quite costly,colorful printing,nice glossy pages,quite attractive cover designs.I started to read with a new ignited hope but couldn't read more than 9-10 pages as the soul of comic,the story miserably failed to attract me,this superhero concept,unnatural villains,unconvincing plot and excessive use of modern(imaginary) gadgets all was such that i am wandering into a alien land and watching a alien animated movie.
These surviving publication houses give a huge hue and cry over the declining comic business/culture in India but hardly they give a  thought over the quality of their product,they also fail to understand that what a common Indian comic reader want to read.
If these publication house can sense the nerve of a common comic reader then might be we can see another revamping period of comics.
For eg. lets read this comic 'Gulivar Bauno Ke Desh Me',though its a fantasy/fictional story but see its quality,illustrations and presentation..simply unmatched and close to common comic reader nerve.

# फौलादी सिंह और डिक्टेटर की तबाही

दोस्तों,प्रस्तुत है फौलादी सिंह का एक क्लासिक अंक जिसकी फरमाईश की गई थी कॉमिक्स/नोवल्स के लिविंग encyclopedia जनाब कुलदीप भाई द्वारा.
कल ही कुलदीप भाई ने इस कॉमिक का चित्र मेरी ऑरकुट एल्बम में देखकर इसको स्कैन करने की इच्छा ज़ाहिर की,अब कुलदीप भाई जैसे मित्र की इच्छा हो तो वो मेरे लिए किसी आदेश से कम महत्व नहीं रखती और फलस्वरूप हाज़िर है तुरत-फुरत स्कैन की गई ये कॉमिक.हालाँकि रमजान का पवित्र महीना चल रहा है और इसमें वक़्त कम ही मिल पता है पर फिर भी कुलदीप भाई जैसे मित्रों के लिए कभी भी कुछ भी क्योंकि कुछ मित्र ऐसे होते हैं की भले ही हम उनसे कभी न मिले हो पर वो दिल के बहुत क़रीब महसूस होते हैं.

# Happy Independence Day

First of all a very Happy Independence Day to all Indians.Lets now celebrate our independence by reading those comics which we read for the first time when we were really free...yes,when we were free from tension of livelihood,when we were free from the tension of 'projects',when we were free from the tyranny of 'Boss',when we were free from the daily chikh-chikh of wife,when we free from the tensions of converting 99 into 100,when we were free from the tensions of maintaining day-to-day life,when we were free from the worries of making our 'own' house,when the air was much purer than what we breath in now,when the sunlight was much clearer than its now,when the independence and republic day meant one more holiday and sweets from school,when paradise seems to be located in comics,movies,T.V and summer vacations,when Sunday morning means 'Rangoli' and Thursday evening meant a feature film on Doordarshan,when rainy day meant a another probable holiday from school.

# पूछे बेताल बताएँ आप,टिंकल के साथ

दोस्तों,चंदामामा के बारे में किसी को बताने की ज़रूरत नहीं है की वो किस प्रकार की पत्रिका थी,वो एक अनोखी पत्रिका थी जिसकी कहानियां भारतीय लोक कथाओं और प्राचीन इतिहास से प्रेरित थीं.चंदामामा की कहानियों के चित्र एक अनोखी अलौकिक दुनिया में पाठकों को सैर करवाते थे,ऐसा लगता था जैसे हम कोई राजा-रानी वाली प्राचीन एनीमेशन फिल्म देख रहे है.
चंदामामा में जो फीचर मुझे सबसे अधिक पसंद था वो था 'विक्रम-बेताल',इसकी कथाएँ उस समय एक अजीब सी सिहरन और रोमांच जगाती थी और कहानी में अंत तक उत्सुकता बनी रहती थी.बेताल का विक्रम से प्रश्न पूछना,विक्रम का जवाब देना और न बोलने की शर्त के भंग होते ही बेताल का वापस उड़ कर पेड़ पर चले जाना...और उस पर प्राचीन चित्र..सब मिला कर कहानी में एक ऐसी अबूझ दिलचस्पी पैदा कर देते थे जिसको वर्णन करने के लिए ठीक से शब्द नहीं मिल रहे.
तो दोस्तों,आज की पोस्ट उसी विक्रम-वेताल की कथा से ही जुडी है,कैसे?....आइये मिलकर जानते है.

# One Post, Many Thoughts!

दोस्तों इस बार काफ़ी सारे ख्यालात ज़हन में घुमड़ रहे है जिन्हें आपके साथ बांटना है पर सोच रहा हूँ की कहाँ से शुरू करू!..क्या पहले उस कॉमिक की बात करूँ जिसके बारे में बात करने की पिछली पोस्ट में बात हुई थी या फिर मरहूम शेहाब जी की उस कॉमिक की बात करू जो इस पोस्ट में आपके साथ मिलकर पढना चाहता हूँ या फिर उस कम्युनिटी के बारे में आप लोगों को बताऊँ जो न चाहते हुए भी हालातों के मद्देनज़र मुझे बनानी पड़ी.
चलिए सबसे पहले उस कॉमिक की ही बात करते हैं जिसके बारे में बात करना पिछली पोस्ट में तय हुआ था और वो कॉमिक है 'वन-वीर लोथार'.दोस्तों ये सिर्फ महज़ एक आम मैन्ड्रेक कॉमिक नहीं है जिसमे मैन्ड्रेक हमेशा की तरह अपराधियों से अपनी जादुई शक्ति के बल पर लड़ता है,बल्कि ये एक ऐसी कहानी है जो यह बताती है की मैन्ड्रेक और उसका जिगरी दोस्त लोथार कब और कैसे मिले.

# Space Star

This comics is posted to show my respect and appreciation toward one fellow blogger who himself is a connoisseur in the field of Indian comics.This comic was a long time request of our Anupam Bhai,who is a great fan of illustrator and write Anupam Sinha, and was asking to scan this particular comic from a long time.
Since i was not able to locate this comic from heap of bags in my house hence was unable to fulfill Anupam Bhai's request before today.
Now,when Anupam Bhai's long time request has been fulfilled i hope that he will be more than happy to find it here.The best thing i like about Anupam Bhai is his devotion towards Indian comics which is simply unmatched,not only this but his devotion towards those persons whom he like/admire is also unmatched as he promptly use to create and dedicate a blog to those persons whom he likes(burning examples,blogs created by him on Anupam Sinha and Sonal Chahuhan).
I really wish that someday he too may like and admire me up to that extent where he can dedicate a blog in my name also :)
