My esteemed visitors/friends and comic lovers i am back after a brief holiday which was taken mainly to fulfill some family obligations. When i left ICC had just returned from oblivion and was delivering quick and thick,MTM was on its usual pace, new comer TPH was shaping quite nicely and Anupam was also in show with random IJCs appearance, in brief the IJC show was going on with a nice quick pace and wide spectrum thus according to the prevailing conditions i wasn't expecting at all that i will be missed with any sort of great intensity but it was a pleasant surprise for me to find that CW was being missed with such a intense intensity!!!!!
Chandan,TPH,Satish,Col.,ICC,Sagnik,Ritesh,Pattu,IFC,Kit and other visitors i am very much thankful to you for missing me.
Lots of comics have been posted and lots of debate/discussion took place during this period..i am happy to see that a new Indrajal forum has been developed which is also quite vibrant similar to that one during TCP regime.
As usual with the search of Indrajal comics during my journeys this time i came across with Indrajal (not much 50 copies or so) and quite a lot Amar Chitra Kathas (300-400 copies) along with Manoj Chitra Kathas and other comics.Initially i was reluctant to ACKs but considering the point that these comics which are available now will be extinct in near future i took them.
There is lot more to say and tell but since time is short at the moment i will be keeping all that for future, now the current post is the price post for TPH as quiz winner.
Here are the few covers of the ACKs and other comics which i got.

#Comic No.50:Sunday Strip and Egmont Phantom
My fellow comic lovers the most awaited 'Golden Jubilee' 50th post is presented hereby consisting of a Sunday Strip (Sunday 11) and a Egmont Phantom which includes a Mandrake story too.
The reasons behind selecting these comics for 50th post are quite obvious as the Sunday strip is a Falk/Moore/MCcoy masterpiece which deals with our Phantom story revealing his childhood, schooling and then transformation to the next Phantom in the family line. The story is a classic one in all aspects as Falk later rewrote the same story again illustrated by MCcoy solely which was also published by Indrajal Comics (Vol.24.No.14).There are minute differences in both stories which can be easily pointed by our 'those' few visitors cum 'Phantom Research Scholars':-o)
The Egmont Phantom, which is technically bright but weak other wise as compared to Falkian era, is just posted to give the taste of Non-Falk phantom stories to our comparatively new visitors but the highlight of it is the initial Mandrake story illustrated by Phil Davis, which the Mandrake fans will surely enjoy.
Although there are yet quite a many Phantom/Mandrake Indrajals still remaining to be posted but personally i would like to see more and more visitors opting for non-Phantom/Mandrake stories so that a 'balanced' taste could be maintained in the blog.
