This Mandrake thriller is dedicated to a humble friend and author of a magnificent blog solely devoted to a famous Indrajal Hero...yes, you guessed it right he is Bala, author of a splendid blog "Mandrake The Magician".
Devotion of Bala to this silky hat magician is just simply great..he is doing a highly appreciative work to unearth the comparatively less popular strips and comics of Mandrake in comparison to Phantom which enjoys a universal majority of the popularity. Keeping a low profile he remains busy in arranging more and more no. of comics/strips for us in different-different languages from his contacts scattered all over the world.
Though personally i am not having very much acquaintance with him but his consistency,
humbleness and no-nonsense approach urged me to write something which i feels about him,thus resulting in this post.
We hope that he will continue in the same fashion bringing out the gems out for us which are otherwise very rare and hard to find out.A very big hand for him for his gigantic applauding work.

Nice of you to dedicate a post for Bala and his MTM. He deserves the applause for his dedication and consistancy of posting Mandrake comics especially the rare and unique strips and dailies.

Sorry CW,can t answer many but i think Theron was some 400 plus old,got the info from CHANDAN CHRONICLES.

Bala's consistency could only be termed amazing keeping in mind the quality of his posts.
Fantastic story this. One of the oldest I read originally.
1: 375 yrs
2: dont know for sure but maybe 5-10 yrs before mandrake was born. (i.e. 365 yrs)
3: princess eleanora
1. 275 year.
2.Lucifer was 15-18 year elder than Mandrake(exact diff. varied for 3/4 years in various srips)....so,conidering this..Theron was around 255-260 when married Luicfer's mother!

TPH: My those words mean that its not so that if am praising a fellow blogger then i am against the rest fellow blogger;same as Bush failed to understand there are also some neutral paths between being with him or with opposition....and yes i also quote those words in same humorous spirit alike yours :-)
@comic world: all my answers are 100% correct except question 2, which i am doubtful, but first & third are 100% correct,and source is mandarke's indrajal comics!
Frank: Only 3rd of your answer is correct so far.Don't take reference with Indrajal as they have edited/omitted many facts at a regular basis,consult Mandrake strips or Diamond Mandrake versions which were published almost 100% in unedited form.

But there is confusion as Falk didnot follow chronological order strictly, or should we say the later ideas went contradictory to some previous one. In one of the stories Theron did say that he was 380 years old when Mandrake was born. (No indrajal consulted.)

CW: Thank you very much for appreciating my efforts. Really felt very good reading the intro. Very nicely put, that was the intent of starting a blog on Mandrake. I just did not find any blogs having so much material and wanted to have something different.

sameer, dont be upset, he is here for more than a year and has done a wonderful job,, if u look at his early posts, u will see the nos of comments he received despite the good work.. there was only one blog that time, TCP. but that blog got all attention, because it was 2yrs old!!! still CW never stopped and continued his good work ,, dont look at comments.. as cw rightlt said,, thses things do come slowly
